Rumi's Birthday 2020
/Although this year was a little different, we still celebrated Rumi’s 813th birthday – just over zoom this time. Rumi’s school of Truth offers a foundation of social and spiritual awareness that embraces our diversity. We spread the seeds of his wisdom through poetry, music, and the joy of his ideas. Among the special guests, Sojourner Kincaid Rolle, Poet Laureate of Santa Barbara (2015-2017), read a poem by Rumi.
